Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Interior Lead with a strong background in high-end residential design and at least 8+ years of professional experience. This role requires a talented design professional with proven leadership capabilities to drive project success, steer design intent, and oversee all phases of the design process, from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring high-quality execution from concept development to project completion.

Develop cohesive design schemes and innovative color ways that align with client goals and design intent.

Manage all aspects of FF&E specification, budgeting, and oversee procurement.
*

Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and artisans to source materials and furnishings.
*

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and change orders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
*

Guide and mentor junior designers and team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
*

Conduct client meetings, presenting design concepts, progress updates, and installation strategies.
*

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
*

Supervise on-site installations, ensuring alignment with design plans and quality standards.

Qualifications

*

Proven experience leading design teams and managing luxury residential interior design projects.
*

Extensive knowledge of FF&E specification, procurement, and vendor coordination.
*

Strong budgeting and project management skills.
*

Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.
*

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Studio Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
*

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
