Urban are working alongside one of the very best Architectural studios in the world who are global design leaders and at the forefront of the industry with multiple offices around the world.

Regular award-winners, a Top AJ100 studio and a Global 100 studio, the brilliant Singapore team are looking to welcome the addition of a Senior Architect to join their workforce on a permanent basis.

With a strong project workflow and a busy portfolio of work for 2021 and beyond, my client is in need of Senior Architects with a variety of experience across multiple project sectors working through design and technical stages of schemes.

Most recent project sectors have come in data centres, critical infrastructure and rail architecture sectors. Experience in this would be an advantage but not essential.

The suitable Senior Architect will be proficient front-end on projects as well as demonstrating a strong technical expertise for project demands with consistency and accuracy and ensure consistent service to company clientele.

Responsibilities of the role are to co-ordinate projects alongside the existing team and external consultants and assist with managing resources and people effectively.

This permanent full-time role is best suited to an Architect that has a ‘can do’ attitude to problem solve to motivate and support the team that they work in.

Working in the Singapore team you will need to have good working knowledge of Singapore building systems, regulations and construction types.

* RIBA Part 3 or approved equivalent qualified Architectural Graduate

* Certified Singapore BCA’s Green Mark Manager or Design for Safety (DfS) is preferred.
