With environmental considerations an integral part of their ethos, this Dublin-based team all strive to create spaces that are engaging and as natural as possible. I am working with them on their requirement for a Project Architect (RIAI) to join their existing award-winning team.
The team design process is often underpinned by an understanding of the potential for physical and psychological well-being that these spaces and places create.
The studio is looking to welcome a Project Architect with strong job running capabilities to their team that shares common values and is enthusiastic and motivated to work hard. Ideal profile would be an RIAI Architect that has extensive experience post-qualification, with experience in project-leading through all RIAI work stages.
The studio is keen to see strong levels of quality in both design and technical stages of work. This role will be best suited to a Project Architect that excels in construction, delivery, coordination and working to completion.
Experience of BC(A)R and Assigned Certifier role/ contract administration/ good technical understanding is desirable.
The team tend to work across multiple project sectors and have schemes due to commence through construction stages imminently. Sectors of work include Residential/Housing, Community, Cultural, Offices, Government, Healthcare and Education.
Software experience in ArchiCAD would be an advantage with the team using this BIM software in the studio on projects. Excellence in Revit would also be a consideration as an alternative (4 years+).
