The Role:
I am looking to talk with professionals that are post-part 3 qualified with an excellent project leading background and years’ experience in Irish/UK studios. The Architect will be driven, motivated and have a positive attitude.
As an Architect, responsibilities will be across the RIAI Plan of Work with key involvement coming front-end working through concept with client and to planning. Likewise, post-planning through tender and construction, to being on-site and handover.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the planning process and building standards in Ireland and an ability to produce coherent and well resolved design concepts and schemes. Candidates must have excellent 2D and 3D CAD skills (Autocad / Revit / Rhino), along with fluency in Adobe (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign) and confidence to engage with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
Projects:
A range of sector experience would be ideal and an advantage. The teamwork across a variety of sectors from residential and commercial builds to education, workplace and cultural.
