RIAI Architect

Urban are pleased to be partnering with a top quality architectural studio in the heart of Dublin City Centre that are renowned for their high-class design and construction services, building a strong reputation in the Irish architectural profession.

My client are in the market for an RIAI Architect that has a minimum of 2 years experience post-RIAI registration (from an Irish College/University ideally). This candidate must also have experience in running projects

Project typologies are diverse with current live schemes across residential, healthcare, commercial, offices and hospitality sectors.

The Role:
I am looking to speak with registered architects with experience throughout all RIAI work stages. As an Architect, you’ll be expected to have the capability and skill set to lead and run projects from early inception through to completion. Experience throughout all work stages is essential and excellence will be in design, delivery and ensuring the project is ran effectively to site. Whether the projects you have worked on are big or small, this isnt an issue, the main focus is to have experience right through the plan of work, familiar with all project stages.

Requirements:
* Professional qualification as an Architect (RIAI registration)
* Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
* Advantageous experience in mid-large scale Irish schemes.
* Essential expertise in ArchiCAD (training is given for zero exp)
