Urban are working in partnership with an excellent small-mid sized Architectural studio in Central Dublin as they look to welcome the addition of an RIAI Architect to join their existing award-winning team.

With environmental considerations an integral part of their ethos, this Dublin-based team all strive to create spaces that are engaging and as natural as possible. Their design process is often underpinned by an understanding of the potential for physical and psychological well-being that these spaces and places create.

The studio is looking to welcome an RIAI Architect (Part 3) to their team that shares common values and is enthusiastic and motivated to work hard. Ideal experience would be 3 to 4 years as an Architect.

The studio is keen to see strong levels of design and technical ability, with construction and technical understanding a huge advantage. This role will be best suited to an Architect that enjoys the process from planning to construction and has qualities coming post-planning. (RIAI 3-7).

The team tend to work across multiple project sectors and have schemes due to commence through construction stages imminently. Sectors of work include Residential/Housing, Community, Cultural, Offices, Government, Healthcare and Education.

Software experience in ArchiCAD would be an advantage with the team using this BIM software in the studio on projects. Excellence in Revit would also be a consideration as an alternative (4 years+).
