I am working alongside a top Irish studio based in central Dublin known for their excellent design quality and reputation as one of the very best in the country. The studio are hiring for Project Architects to join their operation in Dublin, running projects and being a real ‘go-to’ in the office.

The team have a legacy that establishes themselves as a market leader, a diverse and popular team working across a variety of project sectors. Other sectors include Education, Commercial and Workplace sectors – a real mix.
The Role:
I am looking to speak with Project Architects that will work with the relevant Directors to design and deliver projects through all RIAI stages. The Architect will run a project team and mentor junior staff. Those role will ensure coordination of information from the Design Team and other project consultants as well as be responsible for managing project deliverables and reporting issues to the Associates and/or Directors. Suitable professionals will confidently support and contribute to submissions, proposals, tenders and business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate layouts and generate tender and construction documentation
* Project run and deliver schemes from early design stages through to construction and on-site phases.
* Ideal confidence across both design and post-planning stages through technical packages, coordination, delivery and on-site project stages.
Requirements:
* Member of the RIAI, CIAT
* Over 5 years of experience working in an Irish studio
* Revit excellence – this is essential.
* Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations, BCAR and current sustainability legislation.
* Advantageous experience in large-scale complex schemes.
