Project Architect – Hospitality & Mixed-Use

urban are currently assisting a global Architecture & Design firm in the search for a Intermediate Project Architect for their Hospitality & Mixed-Use team. With the firm being 100% employee-owned, they provide excellent opportunities for growth and development through a range of sustainable design projects.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

* Working on the development for large national Hospitality & Mixed-Use projects
* Working in the preparation of design-phase elements, including design development, bidding and construction documents
* Leading the design discipline through the technical stages to provide creative and innovative solutions
* Mentoring and guiding junior individuals throughout various stages of the project
* Working on multiple projects across various stages
* Coordinating with clients and consultants, working closely with project managers and principals

You will require the following qualification to be considered:

* 5 – 8 years’ experience in a professional Architecture setting within the USA
* Working towards or have obtained Licensure
* Experience designing Casino, Mixed-Use or Hospitality projects
* Experience working on all stages of a project, from Schematic Design through to Construction Administration
* Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD & Adobe Suite
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Be able to work and present ideas in a collaborative environment in a creative setting

Competitive Salary is based on years of experience
