urban is recruiting for a studio based in South East London who are looking for an Office Administrator/Facilities Coordinator to join their team at the end of August/early September.

This medium sized architectural studio have a friendly and collaborative environment and your key responsibilities will be office administration/facility coordinator, IT coordinator and Receptionist/PA.

The studio are looking for individuals who are:

* Confident, friendly and proactive
* A thorough and conscientious multi-tasker with discretion and diplomacy, ability to take direction and manage own workload
* Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage both your own workload and that of the principal.
* The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
* Excellent English, both spoken and written.
