Landscape Architect

Urban are delighted to be working alongside a leading UK based design practice, with global reach that have one of the best reputations in the profession. This Belfast team are in the market for Landscape Architects that will have the opportunity to take leading roles on a large variety of challenging design projects with access to wider UK and International projects.

The studio work across Infrastructure, Masterplanning, Education, Aviation, Commercial, Defence, Active Travel, Transport, Urban Regeneration, Retrofit and Residential projects in a multidisciplinary environment.

I am seeking an enthusiastic and talented Chartered Landscape Architect to join my clients team in Belfast, with a few years experience ideally Chartered or on the pathway to Chartership.

Responsibilities:

* Experience working through all RIBA stages from concept through to detail design and implementation.
* Develop detailed designs, drawings and specifications for construction.
* High-quality presentation and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of plant materials and sustainable design principles.
* Ability to manage workload associated with multiple deadlines and projects.
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Hand drawn skills are advantageous.
* GIS experience is desirable but not required. EnScape and SketchUp experience is desirable but not required.

Hybrid working between collaborative office days with home working is part of this teams culture.
