I’m excited to be partnering again with one of my favourite studios in Ireland as they seek to welcome a Clerk of Works / Site Inspector to their team. Due to an increase in projects and planned growth, they’re looking to expand their talented team.

The Role:
The ideal Clerk of Works / Site Inspector will bring a strong commitment to excellence throughout all stages of the project, particularly during the technical construction and on-site phases. A confident professional with experience across the RIAI project stages will be highly valued.
The team is looking for someone who enjoys being out on site, actively involved in the construction phases of projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the work is being executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and Irish building regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Quality control – alignment with design and industry standards
* Site inspections and monitoring progress
* Documentation and Reporting issues
* Facilitating communication between clients, architects, and contractors
* BCAR – ensuring the construction work meets specific standards and regulatory requirements
* Identifying and resolving any problems that arise on-site
* Compliance with safety, sustainability, and environmental guidelines;
This role is site-based, so it’s essential that you have a clean driving license and enjoy the face-to-face nature of construction. With multiple project sites, the role is perfect for a professional who thrives on being out in the field, working as part of a small, dynamic team.
Salary:
Competitive salary, based on experience, in the range of €55,000 to €65,000.
