BIM Manager

Our client is a multi-award-winning architecture practice based in London apart of the AJ100. They focus on designing high-quality spaces for living, working, and relaxing. The firm specialises in a diverse range of sectors, including residential, hotels, offices, and retail. They are also experienced in mixed-use, master planning, and regeneration projects. We are looking for an experienced BIM manager to join the firm and develop the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver high-quality, design-led projects within residential and commercial sectors.
* Develop and implement pre-construction BIM execution plans.
* Establish and maintain BIM protocols, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
* Maintain and optimise Revit templates across studios.
* Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and identify training needs within the team.
* Push the boundaries of BIM implementation across various studios and projects.

Requirements:

* Background in architecture with experience across large-scale projects and all RIBA stages, particularly project delivery.
* Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo is essential.
* Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects with a detailed understanding of ISO 19650 compliance.
* Open to candidates with experience at any RIBA work stages, provided Revit proficiency is strong.
