I am delighted to be partnered with a globally acclaimed architectural powerhouse, celebrated worldwide for their high-quality design and top class reputation with over 70 years experience in the industry. The studio are now on the lookout for a talented Mid-Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Dublin team.

With project demand increasing and planned company growth, my client are working on innovative and complex projects across Ireland, as well as their portfolio overseas. This opportunity will be to work on local large-scale highly challenging projects based in Ireland.

Projects are diverse with key commissions coming in technical typologies such as residential, retail, education, infrastructure, data centres, aviation, mixed-use, industrial and manufacturing. A varied mix of typology brings opportunity to work on different projects of all shapes, styles and sizes.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a team at the top of their team, with a huge portfolio of work that are going from strength to strength and are making a name for themselves nationally and internationally.

Suitable Technologists will ideally have 5+ years experience with knowledge across the majority of RIAI work stages and be confident in both design and delivery phases of large-scale schemes. Excellence across technical construction and coordination stages of projects will be essential for this role. Suitable for a professional that has plenty of experience, and who is ready to join a team where progression through to a senior role is very easily achievable.

Requirements:

* Member of the RIAI, CIAT, or other national/international equivalent of registration for architects, interior designers or architectural technologists
* Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations.
* Advantageous experience in large-scale complex schemes.

Software: Revit is essential.
